Terms.
Table Top Photossm, photographic services are made available on an “all-or-nothing” package basis. You either:
- accept and pay for all the work as a complete package, or
- reject the entire package, don’t pay for anything, and don’t use any of my photographic work from that package in any manner or in any form.
I don’t do, or charge for, piece work.
Copyright & Photo Credits.
Table Top Photossm, retains the right to modify this copyright statement at any time, but such modification will not apply to images taken prior to the modification.

All Table Top Photossm, are royalty-free, with no limits or restrictions on how, where, when, or how often, they may be used.

Table Top Photossm, grants to my photography clients full, unlimited, perpetual, and non-revokable copyright ownership in all images taken by me, and all materials created by me, on behalf of the client, and for use in any manner that the client so desires.
TTable Top Photossm, does not require, but I would greatly appreciate, a “by-line” if you use my photos in print or electronic media.
- for print media, “Photo by www.TableTopPhotos.com” either by the image(s), on the same page as the image(s), or on a “credits” page.
- for electronic media, a by-line as above, but as a “clickable” link, if possible.
Liability.
You agree to hold us free from all liability, including, but not limited to, any loss (actual, estimated, projected, or consequential), that may arise for any reason.
Our only obligation to you is the refund of any fees that you have paid to Table Top Photossm, for any of our photographic-related work that is not to your satisfaction. In return, you agree to destroy all copies of the photographs, to remove the photographs from all current printed materials and electronic media to the extent it is practical to do so*, and to not use the photographs in any future printed materials or electronic media.
In other words, be sure our photographic-related work meets your needs before you use it in print or electronic media.
* “...to the extent it is practical to do so...” means destroying all copies of printed materials that have not been distributed as of the date that you request a refund from Table Top Photossm.
