Sales Policy.
Please also see our “terms” page.
We deliver the ‘proof” photos at a reduced size and sometimes watermarked, either as an E-mail attachment or as files you can download from our server.
If you “approve” the proof photos, then we deliver the “final” photos to you only after we receive payment in full, either by check, money order, or PayPal invoice. Sorry, we don’t take credit cards. Delivery is usually by mailing a disk, but we can also arrange for you to download the photos from our server at no additional cost. If we make the photos available as a download from our server, the photos might be as individual files, or in one or more archive (ZIP) files.
After we send the disk(s) or make the files available for download, there will be no refunds for any reason.
If the disk is damaged in shipping, or you cannot “read” the files on the disk, we will replace the disk free of charge, including shipping, after you return the damaged or defective disk to us.
Privacy.
Table Top Photossm, does not collect any personally identifiable information about or from you as a result of your visit to our web site, other than what you voluntarily provide by completing any of our various on-line or paper forms.
We use the information that you give us to:
1. provide a response to you that is related to your current, or a previous, request. 2. prepare documentation relevant to your request (e.g.: contract, web site, etc.).
We won’t send anything to you that you didn’t specifically request, or that isn’t directly relevant to a previous or current request or service.
We also do not, and will not, give, sell, loan, trade, or otherwise disseminate to any one else, the information you give us, except as might be required in the normal course of doing business with you, or as required by law, or as directed by court order.
.
Junk mail.
We have discovered that some people are receiving junk E-mail that appears to have been sent from one or more of our various E-mail addresses. That junk E-mail was not sent by us. Spamming you is not a smart way for us to build good customer relations.
