We can “do” your membership directories - but not as you might expect.
What we do is bring our photographic equipment to your location, take the photos, and give you the UNedited image files. We also give you the copyrights and ownership of the photos/files so you can do anything you want with the photos, without paying any additional fees or obtaining any additional permission.
What you do is provide a room for us to use as a photo studio, do the scheduling of your people, and provide an “assistant” during the shooting.
Here’s how it works...
We shoot the photos and give the files to you. You can then use the photo files in any way you want. For example, create a membership directory using your choice of one of the several online directory printing companies, create and sell prints to your members (perhaps as a fund raiser?), make ID badges for your staff, class photo rosters so the instructors know who each student is, child/parent ID cards so daycare and other personnel will know exactly which child goes with which parent, photos of key personnel to frame and hang in the lobby or front office or to use in your web site.
The assistant that you provide will check-in the people, help get them into and out of the photography area, help arrange chairs or props, etc.
No high pressure sales from us to get your members to buy any prints or directories.
We can do image editing at an additional, and usually substantial cost due to the time required for editing. What we do not do is prints of any kind.
